We collect only what we need to run the business and do the work you hired us for. We use a small, deliberate stack — Calendly, Zoom, Make.com, HubSpot — to book calls, deliver engagements, and keep in touch. We don't sell your data. We don't surveil you. If you want to see what we hold, or want us to delete it, write to us.
This policy describes how CreativLabs Inc. ("CreativLabs," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with creativlabs.io and our working relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
It applies whether you're reading the site, booking a call, attending a consultation, or engaged with us on paid work.
We're deliberate about what we run on. Every system below is a sub-processor — they process your data on our instructions, under their own privacy terms, to help us operate.
We may also use a payment processor (for invoicing paid work), transactional email infrastructure (for business correspondence), cloud storage (for documents and deliverables), and standard web analytics. Each operates under its own terms; we select vendors who maintain appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to third parties. Not now, not ever.
Inside CreativLabs, access is restricted to the people who need it to do the work. Outside CreativLabs, your data is shared only with:
Client records — kept for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period after, typically up to seven years, to satisfy tax, legal, and professional obligations.
Prospect and contact records — retained in HubSpot until you ask us to delete them, or until it's clear we're no longer in active contact.
Call recordings and transcripts — kept only as long as they serve the engagement they belong to, then deleted.
Web logs and analytics — rolled off on standard retention windows set by the underlying platforms.
creativlabs.io uses minimal cookies — essential functionality and basic analytics. No advertising cookies. No third-party ad trackers. No cross-site tracking.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser without breaking anything important on the site.

CreativLabs is based in Alberta, Canada. Most of our vendors are based in the United States. By working with us, you understand your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside your own.
We only use vendors who maintain appropriate technical and legal safeguards for international transfers.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, vendor vetting, credential hygiene, principle of least privilege — to protect your information.
No system is perfectly secure. If we experience a breach that affects your personal information, we'll notify you and any required authority in line with applicable law.
Our services are for businesses and the adults who run them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, let us know and we'll delete it.
We'll update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent version.
Where changes are material — and where we have your email — we'll tell you directly. Continued use of creativlabs.io or our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
